Product
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the images of the flower we carry on our website but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact representation. Color variation commonly occurs with many natural products and is the result of a number of different factors, the condition of the soil where the product was grown, pH, temperatures, oxidation, and other factors. The cameras photos are taken with, and lighting conditions all play a big factor as well. Computer monitors, and phones are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual product.
Shipping
FIRE HEMP ships packages strictly through UPS and USPS according to our customers shipping
method requests. FIRE HEMP is not responsible for any order that is stolen, lost in transit, not
delivered or seized. Although FIRE HEMP ships throughout the U.S., we encourage all of our
customers to do their own research into their individual state’s and county’s laws.
We need 2-5 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average
delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days
before contacting us with any questions. If your package does not arrive within 10 business
days (two weeks) please contact our customer service department.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and we are unable to guarantee that any order
will be able to be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed. All shipping errors on
orders must be called in within 48 hours of delivery. If you do not report errors within the 48
hours we will not be responsible for shipping errors. Customer must have invoice available for
verification when contacting customer service regarding errors in their orders.
Returns
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. We will not issue refunds for any
unauthorized returns. In the event that we make a mistake on an order, or product can be
proven to be defective, returns will be considered on a case by case basis. We ask that return
requests are emailed to Info@firehemp.com . We will likely request photos and a detailed explanation for return authorization. Store credit will be issued in most cases. Under no circumstances will shipping be refunded.
